1. CAN I GET SAMPLES?

Of course. The current sample can be provided for free . But some sample charge for special designs. Sample charge should be return back when order is up to certain quantity.

2.HOW LONG IS THE SAMPLE LEAD TIME?

For existing samples, in 3-5 days will be sent out.

If you want your own designs, about 7 days will be ready, subject to you designs whether they need new printing screen, etc.

3.HOW LONG IS THE PRODUCTION LEAD TIME?

It takes 20-35 days after received deposit and all packing materials are confirmed.

We have large production capacity, which can ensure fast delivery time even for large quantity.

4. WHAT DOCUMENTS DO YOU NEED IF I WANT MY OWN DESIGN?

We have our own designer in company . So you can provide JPG, AI, cdr or PDF, etc. We will make 3D drawing for mold or printing screen for your final confirmation based on technique.

5. CAN WE USE OUR OWN LOGO OR DESIGNS?

Yes, you can. We can do the logos by using different printing process. The different processes depend on the different logos.
